Anserphone Zip Code Locator Application

Anserphone needed to improve an existing Web application designed to find retailers by ZIP code. The ZIP Code locator wasn’t calculating the closest location to the user to the degree of specificity that Anserphone required.

With Lux’s consulting help, Anserphone went back to basics and defined their needs. Lux usability experts and program management interviewed users to understand what they wanted, and the team’s developers suggested the technical possibilities.

Together, Lux and Anserphone identified the application’s requirements and sorted them into features customers could use. The Lux team developed the required changes, as well as wrote, tested, and implemented the necessary code using SQL and .PHP technologies.
